Fort Myers, FL (By Aimee McLaughlin, PR Specialist) - The 2nd Annual Teens for Teens Benefit concert will be held on Saturday, December 2, at Grace United Methodist Church, 13 SE 21st Place, Cape Coral, 33990, at 5:00 pm.
The concert, performed by local teens and national headliners, is a heavy metal/hardcore concert being held to help teens that are currently living in foster care.
Admission is $11.00 pre-sale (available through http://metalhardcorebenefitshow.bigbig.com) or $15.00 at the door.
According to Kathleen Scott, coordinator of the event, 'We are very excited about this event to help teenagers that are currently living in foster care. The funds will go toward holiday gifts for these young people who have been removed from their biological families due to abuse or neglect. Proceeds from this benefit will go to the Children's Network of Southwest Florida, who oversees the foster care and adoption services throughout a five county area.'
This year we are proud to present headliners, All Shall Perish (signed by Nuclear Blast Records) and With Faith Or Flames.
Yesterday, All Shall Perish had 4,888 people view their profile on myspace.com. They are ranked as the No 3 top artist in their home state of California for their genre. Within days from getting off their 32 city tour, they will fly across the country to FL to perform at this event.
With Faith Or Flames will be traveling overnight from TN to Cape Coral to also perform.
Five popular local bands will be performing: Kings Conquer, Demise Of All Reason, G.M.B., Witness To A Murder and Seize The Empire.
